who’s been down with a pretty awful stomach bug all day just came upstairs to make sure we (L) disinfects everything she might’ve touched and then proceeded to give us a list.
Prior to this, any time I’d bring her something or go near her she’d instruct me to wash my hands.
She doesn’t want anything bad happening to this little baby growing inside of me. Kills me a little.
Even the open spaces near our house are closed for fire danger.
Scary.

32.5 weeks
added to Riley’s “to-do list” has changed our lives.
She had a rough time adjusting to the summer scene but after we started making her go on a daily walk, all was right in the world.
She has been the most pleasant kid.
Grateful for endorphins. :)
“Moms, I think I’m going to turn in. I’ve been reading all day, my eyes are tired, and I have a minor headache.”
It’s 8:43pm.

- RSM: I was so excited to get your call saying you'd like to hire me.
- Me: Oh good! Ya know, after the interview L and I shared a fear that you wouldn't like us. (chuckling) Not really... everyone likes us.
Best thing that has happened to this situation. Best. Thing.
I can’t even handle how good I feel about this situation.
Prior to my self-discovery moments I wanted all of the drugs during labor. I realized that the reason for wanting all of the drugs was not to handle the labor but to handle the fact that I’d have to be in a hospital.
This needed to be remedied. Thanks to the L for having my back/helping me find the solution.
First meeting w/RSM today was fantastic. I actually learned things (turns out I’ve been having Braxton Hicks but I had no idea what they were because no one had told me) and the apprentice showed me how to feel where the baby is!!
I feel SO much weight lifted and feel confident this is the right thing.
TOTALLY excited to finish up this pregnancy journey in the hands of RSM.
Stoked.
